DATED : 23rd FEBRUARY 2018 P.C :- In the light of our earlier order, Mrs.Shinde learned APP has produced a copy of the proceedings and particularly the order dated 24th January 2018 in Miscellaneous Application No.631 of 2017. That order was passed by the Special Judge appointed under the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 for Greater Mumbai at Mumbai accepting the closure report. Thus, the application of the prosecution for closure of the case against the accused has been accepted. If that is accepted, nothing survives in this Public Interest Litigation. We take the copy of the order of the Special Judge on record and dispose of the Present PIL.
