Petition is filed seeking directions to respondent No.2 to allow the petitioner to have home food and hot water. Perusal of the petition discloses that the petitioner has not made any representation before the prison authority. In our opinion, the petitioner will have to first approach the prison authority and make out a case.

We, therefore, are not inclined to entertain this petition in exercise of power under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The petition is, therefore, dismissed.
