Heard. By this Civil Application, the Applicant seeks to set aside the order dated 25.06.2018 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-I) by which the Writ Petition stood dismissed for non removal of office objections.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that inadvertently, it remained on their part to remove all office objections. He undertakes to remove all office objections on or before 31.01.2019.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the undertaking given by him about removal of office objections, the following order is passed: Basavraj G. Patil 1/2

Delay in making the Civil Application is condoned. b.

Order dated 25.06.2018 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-I) is set aside.

c.

The Writ Petition is restored to file for hearing on merits.

d.

The Applicant is directed to remove all office objections in the Writ Petition on or before 31.01.2019, failing which the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

e.
