The applicant in Civil Application No. 1630 of 2019 has prayed for condoning the delay of 3 days in making the payment. Today, the learned Counsel for the applicant upon instructions submits that the arrears are to tune of Rs. 3 Lakhs. He has brought a cheque of Rs. 3 Lakhs, to be handed over to the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent. In view of this, the Civil Application for condonation of delay is allowed Talwalkar

The learned Counsel for the applicant in Civil Application has also placed before the Court the roznama which indicates that there are continuous applications seeking adjournment by the respondent Mrs. Piyusha Tupe. The learned Counsel for the respondent submits that the next scheduled date is 24/9/2019 and that the respondent would appear in the court on that day and as far as possible conclude the pleadings. The cheque for an amount of Rs. 3 Lakhs is handed over to the learned Counsel for the respondent. In view of the handing over to the cheque to the learned Counsel for the respondent, Contempt Petition stands disposed of accordingly. It is stated across the bar that the proceedings have reached the stage of final hearing. In view of this, the learned Family Court No. 2, Pune is hereby requested to conclude the proceedings within 3 months.
