Learned counsel for the applicants, after arguing the matter for some time and when the revision application was about to be rejected by passing an order on 22 April 2015, learned counsel for the applicants made a request that he will take instructions whether the applicants are ready to file an undertaking to vacate the premises so that some time may be granted. Accordingly the application was adjourned with liberty to the parties to mention. Learned counsel for the applicants tenders a copy of the

bsb 2 CRA1142.14.doc undertaking. Learned counsel for the respondents states that the undertaking is satisfactory. The undertaking tendered by the applicants is accepted, so also all the statements made therein. Learned counsel for the applicants states that applicant No.2 - Ganesh Pandurang Chavan, is present in Court. Accordingly, civil revision application is dismissed as not pressed. Time is granted to the applicants to vacate the premises as provided in the undertaking.
