In view of the order dated 02.05.2017 passed by this court in Civil Application No.106/2017, nothing survives in prayer clause (c) of the Civil Application.

This court by order dated 05.12.2016 granted ad-interim relief for execution and operation of the impugned judgment and decree dated 23.09.2016. Same order shall be continued till hearing and final disposal of the Family Court Appeal.
