The Applicant seeks intervention in anticipatory bail application preferred by accused. In view of the above, Criminal Application No.974 of 2016 is allowed in terms of prayer clause 29(I). The applicant in ABA No.1276/2016 is directed to implead the intervenor as Respondent no.2. The amendment be carried out within one week from today. Ad-interim order granted in ABA No.1276/2016 to continue till 14th July 2017. List the ABA No.1276/2016 on 14th July 2017.
