The petitioners have filed the present petition seeking directions to the respondents in respect of caste validity certificates. There are total 12 petitioners. The case of each of the petitioner is required to be decided on the basis of individual facts as are available in this case. We are of the considered view that the present petition suffers from mis-joinder of parties as well as mis-joinder of causes of action. Hence, the petition deserves to be dismissed on such a short ground. Petition dismissed.

Needless to say if the petitioners deem it fit to file petition in its individual capacity seeking such reliefs, the same will be considered in accordance with law.
