Learned counsel for the Petitioner on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the aforesaid Petition. Learned counsel has placed on record a letter written by the Chairman of the Cooperative Housing Society addressed to the Advocate on record stating that after filing of the aforesaid Petition, the dispute was amicably settled between the parties and accordingly, a decision has been taken to withdraw the aforesaid Petition. The said letter is taken on record.
