To that effect, he has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs.

The learned counsel for Respondent No.2 submits that he accepts the service on behalf of Respondent No.2 in Appeal (L) No.629/2018. The statement is accepted.
