By this Family Court Appeal, the Appellant-wife is challenging the Judgment and Decree dated 18/09/2019 passed by the 3rd Jt. C.J.S.D., Kalyan, Dist. Thane in Marriage Petition No. 754 of 2018 allowing he respondent-husband' s petition for divorce U/s.13(1)(ia)(ib) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that, they may be permitted to withdraw the present Family Court V.B.Gokhale

29-fca-196-19 Appeal with liberty to file the same before the District Court. To that effect, he has given in writing. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

The Family Court Appeal, as well as, Interim Application stand disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file the same before the appropriate court.
