DATED : 1st APRIL 2021 P.C:- After hearing the application for some time and when I expressed my disinclination to grant the relief prayed for, learned Senior counsel Mr.Mohite seek permission to withdraw the application. He, however, urge that the applicant is arrested on 13th April 2018 and it is almost 23 years that he is incarcerated and considering his young age, liberty may be granted to him if the trial do not commence at the earliest.

Learned APP on the basis of the instructions from the Investigating Officer, state that charge is framed in the year 2019 Tilak

Taking into account the situation that the applicant is a young boy of 23 years and he has been incarcerated for three years now, if the trial do not commence within a period of six months from today, liberty is granted to the applicant to move a fresh application for bail which would be heard on merits.
