Heard learned counsel for the applicant in the civil application. In view of the fact that after cancellation of the allotment made to the appellant, the MHADA has made an allotment of the same premises to the applicant to the civil application. I have permitted to intervene in the matter. Civil application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

The applicant is directed to get the civil application numbered within two weeks from today.
