1] It is informed that the Students' Grievance Redressal Cell within contemplation of Section 56(2)(b) has been constituted. In this view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail of alternate remedy as provided under Maharashtra Public Universities Act, 2016. If the petitioner tenders the application to the Students Grievance Redressal Cell within eight weeks from today, we direct that same be decided on its own merits and in accordance with law and shall not be rejected on a technical ground. The Students Grievance Redressal Cell shall take decision on the complaint, which would be tendered by the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible and 1/2
