This is an application filed by the respondent No.6 in Civil Revision Application No.601 of 2016 for withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited by the applicants therein before the Small Causes Court pursuant to the orders passed by the Appellate Bench of the Court of Small Causes at Bandra, Mumbai dated 7 November 2014 and 12 January 2015.

This Court has already dismissed the Civil Revision Application by order dated 25 January 2017.

For the reasons stated in the application, respondent No.6 is permitted to withdraw the said amount of compensation. 4.

Interim Application is disposed of.
