The Petitioner challenges delimitation of the wards for the ensuing Nashik Zilla Parishad Elections concerning Palkhed Gat, Tal. Niphad. Having regard to Section 27(A) of the Maharashtra Zilla Parishad and Panchayat Samities Act, 1961, and the bar envisaged therein no interference is called for with the said delimitation of wards. The above Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. However, it would be open for the Petitioner to adopt such remedies as are available in law after the elections are over if so advised.
