1) This is an application for modification of condition No.2 imposed upon the applicant while releasing him on bail by an order dated 15.2.2016 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Mumbai.

2) For the reasons stated in the application condition No.2 is hereby modified and the applicant is permitted to remain on cash bail of Rs.50,000/-. The applicant shall deposit the balance amount of Rs.20,000/- within a period of one month from today failing which relaxation shall stand cancelled.
