The Applicant has sought direction to impose costs on the Petitioner and to take action against the Advocate for the Petitioner. This application is verified by the Advocate who now appeared in the Interim Application. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner has placed on record e-mails sent by the Applicant where he has made various imputations. Apart from this position, an application filed by the Advocate in the name of some other person with his verification is highly objectionable and it is only out of indulgence we have not referred the matter for an action. 2.

The Interim Application is rejected.
