After some arguments, the learned Advocate appearing for the Nashik Municipal Corporation (Corporation) on instructions states that the Corporation withdraws the Order dated 9 th October, 2018 and shall pass a fresh Order after hearing the parties in compliance with the Order passed by this Court dated 25 th June, 2018.

The statement is accepted.

The parties shall appear before the Corporation on 28th January, 2020 at
