When the matter came up for hearing, only relief claimed by the petitioner is to dispose of this writ petition directing the Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Raigad Bhavan, Belapur CBD, Navi Mumbai to decide application dated 8 June, 2016 as expeditiously as possible.

Keeping in view the aforesaid limited prayer, without commenting any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's claim and demand made in the said letter dated 8 June, 2016 Exh.-E, we are disposing of the present writ petition by directing respondent no.2 consider and decide the petitioner's application / representation dated 8 June 2016 Exh.-E as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law, but not later than two months from the receipt of this order.

Needless to say that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of application / representation dated 8 June, 2016. 7.

The petition is disposed of.
