Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

This is an application for pre-arrest bail in respect of the First Information Report No. 0522 of 2022 registered with Kalwa Police Station for the offences punishable under sections 406, 418, 419, 420, 464,465, 468, 457, 471, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Learned counsel for the applicant-original accused no. 3 submits that the dispute is of civil nature and that he has

Learned APP submitted that in response to the notice issued under section 41A of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "CrPC") the applicant failed to report. Learned counsel for applicant submits on instruction that he will report to the Investigating Officer in response to section 41A notice on the specified dates.

The applicant is directed to report to the Investigating Officer of Kalwa Police Station on 28/11/2022, 29/11/2022, 30/11/2022 between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. and thereafter as and when required after following the procedure prescribed under section 41A of CrPC and in terms of the standing order of the Director General of Police issued, if the Investigating Officer, upon recording statement of the applicant or upon making enquiry, wants to arrest the applicant, 72 hours notice will be served on the applicant.
