1] Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the applicant. Application is filed seeking leave to travel abroad, namely, Dubai, UAE, for the period between 22nd November, 2017 to 26th November, 2017. On earlier occasions, the applicant had made similar applications and permission was granted to him to travel abroad vide the orders dated 10th January, 2014, 17th November, 2016, 15th December, 2016, 10th February, 2017 and 10th April, 2017, respectively passed in Criminal Application Nos. 9 of 2014, 1577 of 2014, 1338 of 1/2
11 APPA 1538 OFG 2017.odt 2016, 1526 of 2016, 195 of 2017 and 506 of 2017. The record shows that on earlier occasions, the applicant had complied with the conditions imposed on him while allowing him to travel abroad. In that view of the matter we do not find any impediment in permitting the applicant to travel aboard.
2] We, accordingly allow this application and grant permission to the applicant for travelling to Dubai, UAE for the period between 22nd November, 2017 to 26th November, 2017 on the condition that the applicant shall furnish to the police the address at which he would be available and would be residing in Dubai and also furnish telephone numbers on which he can be contacted at Dubai, if the need arises. In addition thereto, the applicant on his return shall submit a necessary praecipe to this Court intimating his return from Dubai.
