After arguing for some time, both the counsel submitted minutes of order dated 15.01.2019 duly signed by respective advocates. Same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Same is accepted which reads thus: " MINUTES OF ORDER In view of the facts and circumstances of the case Writ Petition is disposed off as per the following Order:- Mohite 1/2

That Order passed in the above Writ Petition dated 10/04/2018 and 31/07/2018, shall continue till the disposal of Special Civil Suit No. 646 of 2012.

That learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Thane shall dispose of Special Civil Suit No. 646 of 2012 on or before 31/12/2019 on its own merits in accordance with law and all the parties shall cooperate for the same.

3.

Liberty is granted to file Application before the learned District Judge, Thane for clubbing all the Civil Suits pending between the parties in the Trial Court."

Writ Petition stands disposed of in terms of minutes of order.

No order as to costs.
