Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the learned AGP for the first to fourth Respondents.

Yesterday when the papers of this Petition were produced, a grievance was made that though a revision application under Section 70-A of the Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950 has been filed before the learned Joint Charity Commissioner, Kolhapur Region, Kolhapur on 11th August 2014, it is not even numbered. Today, the learned AGP has tendered across the bar a report dated 4th December 2015

ash wp-12018.15 signed by the Joint Charity Commissioner, Kolhapur Region, Kolhapur. It is stated in the said report that on 18th November 2014, the office Superintendent raised an objection of not filing the certified copy of the impugned order. As the said objection is not removed, the Revision Application has not been numbered. The letter dated 4th December 2015 is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. 4.

The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the objection is of technical nature. If the Petitioner wants waiver of the said objection, it is for him to make an Application before the learned Joint Charity Commissioner, Kolhapur. Hence, no case is made out to interfere in writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

Subject to what is observed above, the Petition is disposed of.
