Learned Counsel for the Appellants/original Plaintiffs, on instruction of Appellant No.1-Suhas Krishna Lad, seeks leave to withdraw the suit itself with liberty to take out an appropriate Application in the fresh suit being Special Civil Suit (Daily Registration) No.278 of 2017 filed by the Appellants/original Plaintiffs.

The Suit is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed. The Application shall be decided without being influenced by the impugned order.
