Learned APP on instructions from Superintendent, Yerwada Central Prison, Pune submitted that, Petitioner No.1 passed away on 5th October, 2020 at Karmala, District Solapur, when he was released on COVID-19 Pandemic Parole Leave.

In view thereof, Petition stands abated qua-Petitioner No.1 Somnath Gangaram Shinde.

High Court Legal Services Committee, Mumbai is hereby directed to appoint an Advocate to represent and espouse cause of Petitioner No.2 Sunil Vishwanath Kandekar. This be done within a period of two weeks from today.
