Learned APP points out that F.I.R. under sections 323, 324, 325, 504 read with 34 I.P.C. is already registered on 15th November 2014 against the petitioner. 2] The petitioner wants an F.I.R. under section 307, 326, 325, 324, 323, 504 read with 34 I.P.C. to be registered against the complainant in that matter.

3] This court has still not issued any notice and has not

4] We, therefore, dismiss this petition for want of prosecution.
