Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the desire and wish for withdrawal of the petition is communicated to him through the family members of the petitioner who is presently lodged at Central Prison Nashik as under trial prisoner. Learned counsel for the petitioner accordingly prayed for leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate petition by engaging a counsel of his choice. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
