The applicant has prayed that his trial arising out of CR No.29/2010 registered with Ram Nagar Police Station, Dombivli may be directed to be concluded in a time bound manner. The learned APP on instructions submitted that the trial has already commenced and as of today four witnesses have been examined. In the circumstances, the learned Trial Court seized of Special Case No.9/2010 is hereby requested to make an endeavor to conclude the trial pertaining to the said crime as expeditiously as possible. Application is disposed of in the above terms.
