The petition is filed seeking direction to Respondent No. 5 to register an FIR on the basis of various complaints made by the Petitioner, including the last complaint dated 26th June 2017, which is at page No. 238 of the petition. In the light of decision of the Hon'ble Apex Court in Lalita Kumari v. Govt. of UP [(2014) 2 SCC 1], we direct the Senior Inspector of Police, Jogeshwari Police Station to hold a preliminary enquiry in the allegations made in the said complaint of the Petitioner, take appropriate decision and communicate the same to the Petitioner within two weeks from today. Writ petition stands disposed of.
