This Writ Petition challenges order dated 30.10.2015 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Barshi, in R.C.C. No.617 of 2008, rejecting prosecution application for adducing additional evidence on perusal of the order and after hearing the learned Counsel for the petitioner, I am of the view that there is no need to interfere in the impugned order passed by the learned Magistrate, he has done everything that was required to be done in the case. The prosecution should now wait for the judgment. No further evidence is required to be given. Therefore, the Petition is dismissed.
