1] This is an application for modification of Order dated 9th October 2017 passed in Bail Application No.2223 of 2017 by this Court, inter alia, seeking extension of period to deposit Rs.6,20,000/- in installments.

2] The learned Counsel for the applicant tendered an affidavit of applicant duly affirmed before the Jailer, Nashik Central Prison dated 8.2.2018. In the said affidavit, the applicant has undertaken to deposit Rs.2,00,000/-(Rupees Two Lakhs) before her actual release from the jail 1/2

appp.1041-2017.doc and the remaining amount of Rs.4,20,000-/- to be deposited in four equal installments every month. The said affidavit dated 8.2.2018 is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The undertakings given in the said affidavit are treated as undertaking given to this Court. In view of the aforesaid affidavit, the applicant is permitted to deposit the entire amount of Rs.6,20,000/- as per affidavit filed by her. 3] Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
