After the matter was heard for some time, the learned Counsel for the Appellant seeks leave to withdraw this appeal as the Appellant intends to approach the City Civil Court, Bombay in view of the fresh material viz. the Government Policy which according to the Appellant would assist the case of the Appellant before the Trial Court. If the Appellant has any such material, the Appellant is at liberty to move the Trial Court in appropriate
