The grievance of the prisoner petitioner is he has never been produced before the trial court. It appears that the matter is pending in the court of JMFC Bhiwandi. He has not been produced in that court. Learned APP is seeking time to verify. 2.

We find that the interest of justice can be met with by directing the respondents to produce the prisoner before the said court within four weeks from the date of communication of this order along with copy of of this order.
