The above Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Respondents to decide the Petitioner's application dated 14th February, 2023 as expeditiously as possible.

Mr. Patel, the learned Addl. G.P. has tendered an affidavit in reply, in which, it is stated that a hearing has been fixed on 3rd April, MARCH 13, 2024 Laxmi

9 wp 1567-24.doc 2024 when the Petitioner can appear before the authority and his application dated 14th February, 2023 shall be considered and decided. 3.

We, accordingly dispose of the above Writ Petition by directing the Respondents to decide the application of the Petitioner dated 14th February, 2023, as expeditiously as possible, and in any event, within a period of three months from 4th March, 2024. The said application of the Petitioner shall be decided along with the application filed by Mr. Eknath Nivrutti Pawar and others [Petitioners in Writ Petition (St.) No. 24278 of 2023 now registered as Writ Petition No. 11094 of 2023].

The above Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
