It is not in dispute that the review petitioner (original petitioner) was served with a copy of the notice and paper and proceedings in Misc. Civil Application No.90 of 2016. The review petitioner, however, remained absent. No affidavit-in-reply was filed. 2.

This Court has disposed of the said Misc. Civil Application No.90 of 2016 on 27th October 2016 after perusing the averments made in the application and the annexures thereto on merits while passing the order of transfer of the proceedings filed by the review petitioner. 3.

In my view, there is no error apparent on the face of the record and thus this review petition is not maintainable and is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
