IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

... Petitioners v/s Shri Ganu Nana Awale (Deceased) through LRs. & anr.
... Respondents Mr.N.J. Patil i/by Amey Patil for the petitioners. None present for the respondents.
Coram: N.M. Jamdar, J.
Dated: 19 August 2016 P.C.:
On the first date of hearing itself, learned counsel for the Petitioner, at the outset, states that though the supervisory jurisdiction of this Court is invoked, remedy of appeal is available to the Petitioners. This being the position, the writ petition need not be entertained. If the Petitioners file an appeal within a period of four weeks from today, the application for condonation of delay in filing such an appeal will be favourably considered by the learned Appellate Court.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. (N. M. Jamdar, J.)
