Learned Counsel appearing for the applicants Union of India (original respondents) makes a statement, on instructions of URS 1 of 2

2 CAW 2991-16.doc-8 Major S. Paul, that they seek 8 weeks time to make further compliance of the Judgment dated 29/09/2016. They have already paid the arrears. The interest part, as directed, and 5 Lacs compensation are not yet paid. Therefore, certain time is required as the file is already submitted to the Brig. i/c Adm. AFMC, Pune, for approval by MoD/FP Dte. In view of this, as the willingness is expressed by the department to make the balance payment as directed and to end the litigation at the earliest, we are granting 7 weeks time only for further compliance of the order as a last chance. The application is accordingly disposed of.
