Learned counsel appearing for the respondents produces a copy of the report dated 31st October,2018 from the Office of the Sheriff of Mumbai stating that the writ of possession dated 26th October,2018 has been already executed. The report tendered by the learned counsel is already taken on record. The learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute this position. In my view, nothing survives in this writ petition. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
