Heard Mr. Aklekar, learned Counsel for petitioners. 2.

Mr. Aklekar submitted that by order dated 02.12.2015, this Court while issuing notice to the respondents granted ad-interim order in terms of prayer clause (B). This Court had stayed the impugned order dated 20.10.2015 passed by the learned trial Judge below exhibit-52 in Regular Civil Suit No.52 of 2013. While staying the impugned order, it was made clear that the Court has not stayed further proceedings of the Suit. In view thereof, the Suit thereafter proceeded and is ultimately decided in favour of the petitioners. He, therefore, submitted that the Petition is rendered infructuous and accordingly may be disposed of. 3.

In view of these submissions, Petition is disposed of as infructuous. Order accordingly.
