The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners states that the Appeal preferred by the Petitioners has been allowed. His grievance is that in terms of the final order passed by the Appellate Authority, the goods have not been released.

Considering the scope of challenge in this Petition, in view of the order of the Appellate Authority, the Petition does not survive. If the order of the Appellate Authority is not being implemented, it is for the Petitioners to adopt appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
