Heard learned counsel for the applicants by way of present Appeal.

The appellant is challenging the Judgment and Award dated 20/08/2014 passed by the learned Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nashik in L.A.R. No. 44 of 2005 and seeking stay till hearing and fnal disposal of the present Appeal.

Stay in terms of prayer clause (b) subject to appellant depositing the entire amount of Award within 12 weeks from today failing which the said Award will be executable. In view of above, Civil Application No. 1599 of 2017 stands disposed of.
