In the Afdavit-in-Reply is fled by the Sub-Divisional Engineer it is stated in paragraph no. 3 as follows:

"3. ...In view of the above said facts and circumstances, I respectfully say that entire encroachment was removed over Gat No. 496/1 of Kasbe Vani, Tal. Dindori, Dist. Nashik on Saputara-Vani-Pimpalgaon National Highway No. 953 which was in front of Petitioner's Land on 13.01.2020 & 14.01.2020. Hence, I am fling this Additional Afdavit and respectfully say that appropriate order may be passed..."

Learned Counsel for the Petitioners confrms that the encroachment has been removed.

In view of the above, nothing survives for consideration in the Petition.

The Writ Petition to stand disposed of.
