By this Civil Application, the applicants seek stay to the operation and execution of the impugned judgment and award dated 20th August, 2014 passed by the learned Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nashik in L.A.R. No. 49 of 2005. 2.

The learned AGP for the applicants, on instructions, undertakes that the applicants would deposit the entire decretal Trupti 1/2

31-CAF-1603-2017.DOC amount alongwith interest accrued thereon within a period of twelve weeks from today. Undertaking is accepted. 3.

None appears for the respondents though duly served. 4.

In view of the undertaking given by the learned AGP, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b) of the Civil Application. If the amount is not deposited within the stipulated time, ad-interim relief granted by this Court to stand vacated without further reference to Court.
