By an order dated 16.11.2017, the original claimants had undertaken to convey to the ICC by E-mail that they have no objection for nomination of an Arbitrator by the plaintiff and that they would abide by the order passed on 5.5.2016. Pursuant to the said order, the claimants have communicated to the ICC under the caption of "without prejudice" that the claimants agree and hereby clarify that they have no objection to the Respondent nominating its Arbitrator.
