11-CRA-542-2022.doc has already been sufficiently answered by the original petitioner., rest of the questions i.e question Nos. 2 to 8 shall not be asked during the cross-examination.

Learned Counsel for the original respondent-wife is fair enough to submit that rest of the cross-examination will be completed on 1st April, 2023 without seeking further adjournment. Statement is accepted.

Civil Revision Application stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

The parties shall appear before the Family Court at Bandra on 1st April, 2023. Family Court, Bandra shall proceed further in accordance with law, in view of the aforesaid order. 7.

In view of disposal of the C.R.A, Interim application stands disposed of.
