Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been granted bail on the basis of High-Power Committee guidelines issued on account of pandemic of COVID-19 and presently he is out of custody. In these circumstances, the application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to prefer fresh application for bail as and when the applicant surrenders to custody on expiry of temporary bail granted to him. Application stands disposed of accordingly.
