This Civil Application seeks restoration of the Civil Application No. 1463 of

16-caw-2644-2017 2017. Heard learned counsel for the applicant. Perused the averments in the Civil Application. I am of the view that the Civil Application is liable to be allowed. In the circumstances, I pass the following order : (i) Civil Application No. 2644 of 2017 is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b).

(ii) Place the Civil Application No. 1463 of 2017 on 18 th June, 2018.

Applicant shall serve copies of the Civil Application on the respondents. (iv) Civil Application No. 2644 of 2017 disposed of in the above terms. ( A.K. MENON, J.)
