Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties. Pursuant to an earlier direction issued by this Court on 13th June, 2019, a request has been made to the Secretary, Department of Co-operation and Marketing to make an endeavour regarding the attempts of settlement of dispute between Petitioner the Nashik APMC and the Respondent Maharashtra State Co-Op. Bank Ltd. It appears that in response to such direction, the

1 - WP. 12008-15 State, pursuant to a meeting held on 19th July, 2019, decided to constitute a Committee of three members to resolve the dispute.

While we record our appreciation for the steps taken by the Government, granting liberty to the parties to raise their respective contentions, raised in this petition, before the said Committee. We make it clear that nothing in this order shall have any impact on the contentions raised before this Court and the same shall remain open. We request the Committee formed to take early decision in the matter after afording both parties adequate opportunities to address their respective contentions. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
