Leave to add State as party Respondent. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. Learned AGP waives service for the State. The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that as the Hon'ble Minister was not available, the Petitioner had to rush to this Court for seeking ad-interim order and accordingly on 11th December 2014, this Court passed an order continuing the status-quo as prevailing of 26th June 2014 till next date. The petition was adjourned to 6th January 2015.

wp.11101-2014 Today, Mr. Daga, the Respondent No.3 appears in person and submits that on 23rd November 2014, a meeting of the Special General Body was held in which the Petitioner was present and new Managing Committee as well as the new office bearers were elected. The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that she is not instructed on the said development.

Without expressing any opinion on the statement made by the Respondent No.3 Mr. Daga, we direct that in case if the Petitioner applies for interim orders, the State to hear and decide such Application for interim relief and/or main petition on its own merits, after hearing the affected parties.

It is clarified that, we are not expressing any opinion on the merits of the contention raised by the Petitioner in the Revision Petition. Writ Petition is disposed of.
